Effective September 26, 2026 · SKM Digital, LLC, doing business as Skale Media
1. Who we are
Skale Media is operated by SKM Digital, LLC, a California limited liability company located at 8690 Aero Dr Ste 115 #4088, San Diego, CA 92123. This policy explains what personal information we collect on skalemedia.io (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have.
This policy also explains our role when we operate websites, AI agents and marketing automations on behalf of our clients. In those cases the client is the business you are dealing with; we process information on their instructions.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us: name, email, phone, business name, website and anything you type into our contact, discovery-call or support forms.
Information collected automatically: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring URL, approximate location and interactions with the Site, collected through cookies, pixels and similar technologies including Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel.
Information from communications: emails, calls, text messages and chat conversations with our team or our AI assistant, which may be recorded or transcribed for quality and training of our own systems.
3. How we use information
To respond to inquiries, schedule calls and send proposals; to deliver, bill for and support the Services; to improve the Site and our offerings; to send marketing communications you can opt out of at any time; to measure advertising performance; to protect against fraud and abuse; and to comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use information we collect on the Site to train third-party AI models.
4. AI assistants
Our Site may offer an AI chat assistant. Conversations are processed by our automation platform and AI providers to generate responses, are reviewed by our team to improve accuracy, and may be linked to your contact record if you share your details. Do not share sensitive information, such as payment card numbers or health information, in chat.
5. Cookies and tracking
We use essential cookies to make the Site work, analytics cookies to understand how it is used, and advertising pixels to measure and retarget our own campaigns. You can control cookies through your browser settings and opt out of interest-based advertising through the Digital Advertising Alliance at optout.aboutads.info. Blocking cookies may affect some Site features.
6. How we share information
With service providers who help us run our business under confidentiality obligations, including our CRM and automation platform (HighLevel), hosting and website platforms, payment processors, scheduling tools, email and SMS providers, analytics and advertising partners (Google, Meta), and AI providers used by our assistants.
With professional advisers, in connection with a business transfer, or when required by law or to protect rights and safety. We may share aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably identify you.
7. Information we process for clients
When you interact with a website, chat assistant, voice receptionist, form, review request or campaign operated by one of our clients, that client is responsible for the information collected and its privacy practices. We act as their service provider, use the information only to provide the Services to them, and delete or return it at their direction. Please contact the client directly with privacy requests about their business; we will assist them in responding.
8. Retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described above: prospect inquiries for up to 24 months after our last contact, client records for the life of the relationship plus seven years for tax and legal purposes, and analytics data per the retention settings of the tools we use. You may request earlier deletion as described below.
9. Your choices and rights
You can unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any message, reply STOP to any text message, and ask us to stop calling at any time.
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, use and disclose; to request deletion or correction; to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising beyond the pixels described above, which you can block); and not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights. Residents of other states with privacy laws have similar rights. To exercise them, contact us through the contact page. We will verify your request using the information on file and respond within the time required by law. You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf.
10. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit, access controls, multi-factor authentication on our platforms, and least-privilege access for our team. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; if we learn of a breach affecting your information we will notify you as required by law.
11. Children
The Site and Services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
12. International visitors
We are based in the United States and process information here. If you visit from outside the U.S., you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S., where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.
