The agents in our plans are ready-made. The Lab builds the ones that don't exist yet.
Our plans put proven AI agents on your chat, forms and phone. The Lab is for the work beyond that: an agent that drafts quotes from photos, a workflow that moves data between five tools, a receptionist that routes calls across locations. We scope it free, quote it fixed and run it after launch.
Three plans cover most businesses. The Lab covers the rest.
| Launch · Growth · SkaleReady-made agents | Skale LabCustom builds | |
|---|---|---|
| What you get | Website chat, instant follow-up, phone receptionist (Skale), missed call text-back, campaigns | Anything custom: new agents, multi-step workflows, integrations, dashboards |
| Trained on | Your services, prices and hours | Your actual process, documents, tools and data |
| Pricing | Setup fee plus a flat monthly fee | Fixed project quote, with optional ongoing support |
| Timeline | 2–6 weeks by plan; agents alone in about a week | Set in your quote, with a prototype first |
| Best for | Local and single-service businesses | Multi-location operators, B2B, clinics, online stores, and any workflow that costs real hours every week |
Not sure which you need? Start with the plans. If they don't fit, we'll say so on the call.
Four things we build, in any combination.
Workflow automation
Lead routing, quote drafting, intake forms, invoice follow-up and syncing data between tools. The hours lost to copy-paste, handed to an automation with an AI step wherever a person used to read, decide or write.
Voice agents
Phone agents that go beyond the Skale receptionist: routing across locations and services, after-hours triage, outbound confirmations and reminders, and handing off to a person mid-call.
CRM & HighLevel builds
Custom pipelines, multi-location and multi-brand accounts, snapshots and reporting your team will actually use. Or a rescue for an account that has become a mess.
Integrations & data
Connect agents to your booking system, store, accounting or field-service software, then build reporting that shows which source booked which job.
What a Lab build looks like.
A few examples of the work, by industry. Every build starts with one process that costs your team hours each week.
Photo-to-quote agent
A customer sends photos with their quote request. AI drafts an itemized estimate, a rep approves it, and it goes out by text.
Lead router
A new lead is matched to the right rep or dealer by location, then gets an instant text with a booking link.
Intake and eligibility agent
A new patient inquiry gets screening questions by chat, a licensing check by state, and a booking with the right clinician.
Cart recovery agent
An abandoned cart triggers a text that answers product questions and sends the shopper back to checkout.
Invoice follow-up
An overdue invoice starts polite email and text reminders with a payment link, and logs every step in the CRM.
Source-to-job dashboard
Every booked job is traced to its source, campaign and conversation, in one live dashboard.
From "could this be automated?" to running every day.
Fixed scope, fixed quote, and you see it working before it goes live.
Scope Free
You show us the process on a 15-minute call. We tell you what can be automated, what can't, and send a fixed quote within 48 hours. If it's a bad fit, we say so.
Prototype First
A working version on your real data, not a slide deck, so you can judge it before the full build.
Build Weekly demos
We build to the agreed scope and show you progress every week. Nothing customer-facing goes live untested.
Run & improve Ongoing
We monitor it, review its decisions and keep improving it. Or we hand it over to your team. Your call.
The Lab is a good fit if… and not if.
Good fit
- A process costs someone on your team 3+ hours a week
- You run multiple locations, brands or service lines
- Your tools don't talk to each other, and someone is the glue
- You've tried a chatbot or Zapier and outgrown it
Not a fit
- You need a website, Google SEO and standard agents. That's a plan, and it costs less.
- You want a one-off script with no one maintaining it
- Your process changes every week and nobody owns it yet
Questions about custom builds.
What's the difference between the Lab and the AI agents in your plans?
Plan agents are proven, ready-made and trained on your services, prices and hours. Lab builds are designed around your specific process, tools and data. Most businesses only need a plan. The Lab is for the rest.
What does a Lab project cost?
It depends on how many systems are involved and how much the agent has to decide on its own. Every project starts with a free scoping call, and you get a fixed quote within 48 hours, so you know the full cost before anything is built.
How long does a build take?
Your quote includes a timeline. You see a working prototype on your real data before the full build, and weekly demos after that, so you always know where it stands.
What tools do you work with?
HighLevel is our home base. We also connect to WordPress, Shopify, Google Workspace, booking, accounting and field-service software, and anything else with an API or webhook.
Who owns the automation after it's built?
You own what we build for you and all of your data. You can keep us on to run and improve it, or take it in-house.
What happens when the AI gets something wrong?
Every agent has handoff rules and a human fallback. We log its decisions, review them, and tighten the guardrails. Nothing customer-facing goes live without testing on your real scenarios first.
Do I need to be on a Skale Media plan?
No. The Lab is open to any business. If you're already on a plan, your Lab build connects to the system we run for you.
Can you fix an existing HighLevel or Zapier setup instead of starting over?
Yes. We audit what's there, keep what works and rebuild the rest, quoted the same way: free scoping call, fixed price.
Tell us the process that's eating your week.
A free 15-minute scoping call. Bring the workflow, and we'll come back with options and a fixed quote within 48 hours.
